Common questions
Is TrackEDU Behavior a standalone product?
Yes. It is available as a standalone annual school licence for USD 499/year.
How does tier progression work?
Schools can use a structured Pre-Tier 1 to Tier 3 pathway. Incident severity contributes points and the system helps staff see when the next intervention level is reached.
Can we use our own behavior categories?
Yes. Administrators can configure behavior categories, actions, notification rules and other school settings.
Can schools export their records?
Yes. Schools can export incident records to CSV and use year-end leadership reporting for transition planning.
Can we pay by credit card?
Credit card checkout through Stripe is coming soon. Schools can currently request an invoice and pay by bank transfer or purchase order.

How TrackEDU Behavior compares with other school behavior tools
Schools comparing behavior management software often look at very different products. Some focus on discipline referrals, some on positive-behavior points and rewards, and some on family communication. TrackEDU is designed around the full incident → intervention → follow-up → handover workflow.
| Tool | Public price | Main focus | Useful comparison point |
|---|---|---|---|
| TrackEDU Behavior Whole-school licence |
USD 499/year
USD 0.998 per student/year at 500 students
|

| PBISApps SWIS Public pricing | USD 500/year One SWIS Suite app per school |

| LiveSchool Public pricing | USD 1,960/year Starter USD 3,960/year Premium at the published 40-staff example |
Positive-behavior points, rewards, alerts, reporting and PBIS engagement. | Includes SSO and rostering. Pricing is staff-based rather than one flat whole-school price. |
| ClassDojo School information | Free for schools and districts | Classroom culture, positive feedback and family communication. | Useful for communication and classroom engagement, but it is not a like-for-like incident, intervention and year-end handover system. |
Which behavior tracker is the best fit?
There is no single best behavior tool for every school. ClassDojo is attractive when the priority is classroom culture and family communication. LiveSchool is built strongly around positive-behavior systems, points and rewards. PBISApps SWIS is an established choice for schools focused on discipline referral data and PBIS decision-making. TrackEDU Behavior is aimed at schools that want a simple standalone system connecting incidents, tiered support, parent contact, follow-up work, leadership visibility and next-year handover without moving into a much larger school platform.
Prices checked 30 August 2026 from the providers' public websites. Competitor pricing and features can change, so schools should confirm current details directly with each provider. TrackEDU is not affiliated with PBISApps, LiveSchool or ClassDojo.
